Attorneys Biography

Jon A. Mills has been practicing law in Rhode Island since 1976. Following service in the United States Army, Jon returned to the University of Rhode Island to graduate with a degree in philosophy. He subsequently obtained his J.D. from  Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1976. Jon's scope of practice is broad having practiced law for in excess of 22 years.  His practice emphasis is on real estate and land use law.  He has been appointed by the Rhode Island Superior Court to serve as Commissioner to sell real estate. He also has served as arbitrator for the Rhode Island court annexed arbitration program and has been repeatedly appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem for various Rhode Island Probate courts. Jon lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island with his wife and two children.

David M. Campanella  was admitted into the Rhode Island State and Federal Bar  in 1986.  David is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a business marketing degree.  While employed in the road construction industry he attended the New England School of Law graduating in 1986. Among his professional associations, David  is the past chairperson for the Town of North Kingstown Zoning Board of Review.   He is also a Bail Commissioner, having been appointed by the Rhode Island District Court.   He is an active member of the Warwick, RI Rotary.  David lives in North Kingstown, Rhode Island with his wife and three children.
